“Back Alley Burger is a concept created by Christopher and Mary Spagnola. Chris and Mary have been restauranteurs in La Grange for the last 10 years. Their focus has always been ingredient driven cuisine - letting the integrity of the product shine by preparing it properly and combining it with complementary flavors.
At Back Alley Burger, we believe the best-tasting food comes from using only natural, quality ingredients and cooking that food fresh to order. Our chef-inspired menu includes fresh, grass-fed Wisconsin beef; never frozen Michigan turkeys; nitrate-free all-beef hot dogs and free-range chicken breasts; cage-free eggs, applewood smoked bacon and Yukon Gold fresh-cut fries cooked in trans-fat-free, omega-3-rich canola oil.
